The 2017 Arab Club Championship, which is set to feature numerous Egypt national-teamers, will be aired live via Twitter.
The tournament, which takes place from July 21 til August 5, will feature 12 clubs divided into three groups of four.
The matches will be shown worldwide through The Union of Arab Football Associations’ Twitter account, AC.twitter.com, and the Twitter app.
Cairo giants Ahly and Zamalek, who together comprise more Egypt national team players than any other club, will be representing Egypt.
There have been rumblings that one or both clubs may rest players due to fatigue. Egypt’s league season is still in its final days and players from both clubs have also participated in domestic, regional, and international club competitions.
Ahly will contest Group A long with Jordan’s Al-Faisaly, Algeria’s NA Hussein Dey, and UAE’s Al-Wahda.
Zamalek meanwhile will be in Group B with Morocco’s Fath Union Sport, Saudi Arabia’s Al-Nassr, and Tunisia’s Esperance.
